Our Latest Project Sole di Paradiso is a state-of-the-art tanning salon with locations in Mountain View and Palo Alto.
A This design sketch received enthusiastic approval from Nellie B., who hired Art Works to create stained glass windows for the library/prayer room in her home. The three windows across the top are already built and installed, but we're not showing photos until we can show the entire project. When this window is installed, Nellie's 4' statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary, carved from Italian marble, will stand before it, bathed in the light of the Holy Spirit and flanked by flowers. The window will be installed before Easter and we'll be showing it off just as soon as we have photos to share. |
The owners asked about having their logo painted on the lobby wall in their Mt. View salon. After visiting the site, John had a different idea, and the result is shown here. Letters and logo match the glass and chrome fixtures of the lobby yet are made of lighter-weight clear acrylic backed with silver vinyl. The clean, contemporary look we achieved here delighted the owners of Sole di Paradiso so much that they asked us to do something for the lobby in their Palo Alto salon. There's a slightly different look and feel there so design plans are bubbling. You can be sure we'll show you how that one comes out, too.
